Progressive Payment Scheme (NPS)

1st Payment
Obtaining Option To Purchase (Booking Fee)
-         Buyer appointed Solicitor within 3 – 5 days
-         within 2 Weeks Developer delivers S& P to buyer Solicitor
-         Buyer Signs S&P to exercise Option within Next 3 week (21days) after receipt of S&P

On Signing of S & P Agreement or within 8 weeks from date of Option, whichever is later
