Progressive Payment Scheme (NPS)

1^st Payment	Obtaining Option To Purchase (Booking Fee) - Buyer appointed Solicitor within 3 – 5 days - within 2 Weeks Developer delivers S& P to buyer Solicitor - Buyer Signs S&P to exercise Option within Next 3 week (21days) after receipt of S&P	5%
2^nd Payment	On Signing of S & P Agreement or within 8 weeks from date of Option, whichever is later	15%
3^rd Payment	Completion of Foundation work	10%
4^th Payment	Completion of Reinforced concrete framework	10%
5^th Payment	Completion of Brick Walls	5%
6^th Payment	Completion of Ceiling	5%
7^th Payment	Completion of Doors & Window Frames, Elect. Wiring	5%
8^th Payment	Completion of Car Park, Road, Drain	5%
9^th Payment	Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP)	25%
10^th Payment	1) If CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion ) is issued after legal completion a) 2% to vendor b) 13% to SAL (8% to vendor within 7 days) OR 2) if CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion ) is issued before legal completion a) 8% to vendor & 5% to SAL b) 2% to vendor on legal completion	15%
